Jamie Jorg Hohne
Two decades as a public servant. Now in private practice, in service of Indiana families and businesses.
With over two decades of legal experience, Jamie brings a deep understanding of the law, careful practice, and professional ethics to her private practice. She began her career as a judicial law clerk for the Indiana Supreme Court and the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Indiana. Five years inside chambers gave her a firsthand view of how judges actually decide cases. It is a perspective most lawyers never see.
For the next fifteen years, she served in the Office of General Counsel at the Defense Finance and Accounting Service. Her work spanned a broad range of practice areas, and she developed a reputation for precision, integrity, strategic problem-solving, and helpfulness.
Now in private practice, Jamie focuses on estate planning, business planning, and contracts. She applies the same careful approach at a smaller scale: the family that wants to protect what they have built, the entrepreneur ready to take the next step, the client who deserves a careful sentence on the page.
Her approach is grounded in quality, clarity, and care.

Precision developed through 20 years of high-stakes practice, now working for you.
Twenty years of practice taught Jamie that the careful sentence and the well-built record are what hold up under scrutiny, whether the scrutiny comes from a federal judge or a grieving family. She brings that same standard of work to every client, no matter the size of the matter.
What you will experience is a smaller, more deliberate practice. Direct access to Jamie, the time to ask every question, and documents you can read, understand, and trust. That is what two decades of careful work was preparing her to offer in private practice.
